This Service is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older.

Age Requirement

By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm and declare that you:

Are at least 18 years old
Have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement
Are not using the Service on behalf of a minor

Prohibition of Minor Use

Minors under 18 are strictly prohibited from using SolX AI.

If we discover that a user is under 18 years of age, we will immediately suspend or terminate their account and delete all associated data in accordance with our Data Retention & Deletion Policy.

Account Suspension and Termination

SolX AI may suspend or terminate accounts if age-related violations are detected or suspected. Users found to be under 18 will have their accounts immediately terminated without refund.
