SolX AI dijital bir abonelik hizmeti platformudur. Abonelik hizmetleri ödeme onaylandıktan sonra anında aktifleştirilir ve fiziksel ürün teslimatı yapılmaz.

1. Hizmet Teslimatı

1.1 Dijital Hizmet Teslimatı

SolX AI, dijital bir yapay zeka asistan hizmetidir. Abonelik işlemi tamamlandıktan sonra:

Hizmet ödeme onaylandıktan sonra anında aktifleştirilir
Kullanıcı hesabına otomatik olarak erişim sağlanır
Fiziksel ürün teslimatı yapılmaz
E-posta ile onay ve erişim bilgileri gönderilir
Hesap ayarlarından abonelik durumunuzu kontrol edebilirsiniz

1.2 Teslimat Süresi

Dijital hizmet olduğu için teslimat süresi anında gerçekleşir. Ödeme onaylandıktan sonra maksimum 5 dakika içinde hizmet aktif hale gelir. Ödeme işlemi tamamlandıktan sonra hemen platformu kullanmaya başlayabilirsiniz.

2. İptal ve İade Politikası

İade Politikası

SolX AI abonelik hizmetleri için iade yapılmamaktadır.

Satın aldığınız abonelik paketini satın alma tarihinden itibaren, abonelik süreniz dolana kadar kullanmaya devam edebilirsiniz. Örneğin:

Aylık abonelik satın aldıysanız, satın alma tarihinden itibaren 30 gün boyunca hizmeti kullanabilirsiniz
Yıllık abonelik satın aldıysanız, satın alma tarihinden itibaren 365 gün boyunca hizmeti kullanabilirsiniz
Abonelik süreniz boyunca tüm plan özelliklerine tam erişiminiz bulunmaktadır

2.1 Cayma Hakkı

6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği uyarınca, dijital içeriklerin anında teslim edilmesi ve tüketicinin açıkça onay vermesi durumunda, cayma hakkı kullanılamaz.

SolX AI hizmeti, ödeme işlemi tamamlandıktan sonra anında teslim edilen dijital bir hizmet olduğundan ve satın alma sırasında bu durum açıkça belirtildiğinden, iade yapılmamaktadır.

2.2 Abonelik İptali

Aboneliğinizi istediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal işlemi:

Otomatik Yenilemeyi Durdurur: İptal işlemi yapıldığında, mevcut abonelik döneminiz sonuna kadar hizmeti kullanmaya devam edebilirsiniz. Ancak bir sonraki dönem için otomatik yenileme durdurulur.
Mevcut Dönem İçin Geçerli Değildir: İptal işlemi, önceden ödenmiş mevcut abonelik döneminizi etkilemez. Satın aldığınız süre zarfı boyunca hizmeti kullanmaya devam edebilirsiniz.
İptal Nasıl Yapılır: Hesap ayarlarınızdan "Abonelik Yönetimi" bölümüne giderek otomatik yenilemeyi iptal edebilirsiniz.

Önemli Not

Aboneliğinizi iptal ettiğinizde, mevcut abonelik döneminiz sonuna kadar tüm özelliklere erişiminiz devam eder. Abonelik süreniz dolduğunda, hesabınız otomatik olarak Free plana düşer ve ücretsiz plan limitleri geçerli olur.

2.3 Özel Durumlar

Aşağıdaki durumlarda özel değerlendirme yapılabilir:

Teknik Sorunlar: Hizmetin sürekli ve ciddi teknik sorunlar nedeniyle kullanılamaması durumunda, durum değerlendirilerek çözüm üretilir. Bu durumda abonelik süreniz uzatılabilir veya alternatif çözümler sunulabilir.
Hizmet Kesintileri: Planlanmamış ve uzun süreli hizmet kesintilerinde, etkilenen süre kadar abonelik süreniz otomatik olarak uzatılır.
Hesap Güvenlik Sorunları: Güvenlik ihlali nedeniyle hesabınızın kapatılması durumunda, durum değerlendirilerek gerekli işlemler yapılır.

3. Otomatik Yenileme

3.1 Yenileme İşlemi

Abonelikleriniz, abonelik döneminiz sona ermeden otomatik olarak yenilenir. Otomatik yenileme:

Abonelik döneminiz bitmeden önce gerçekleşir
Kayıtlı ödeme yönteminizden ücret tahsil edilir
E-posta ile bilgilendirilirsiniz
İstediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz

3.2 Otomatik Yenilemeyi İptal Etme

Otomatik yenilemeyi iptal etmek için:

Hesap ayarlarından "Abonelik Yönetimi" bölümüne gidin
"Otomatik Yenilemeyi İptal Et" seçeneğini seçin
Mevcut abonelik döneminiz sonuna kadar hizmet kullanılmaya devam eder
Dönem sonunda abonelik otomatik olarak sona erer ve Free plana geçersiniz

Hatırlatma

Otomatik yenilemeyi iptal ettiğinizde, mevcut abonelik döneminiz sonuna kadar tüm özelliklere erişiminiz devam eder. İptal işlemi sadece gelecek dönemler için geçerlidir.

4. Hizmet Kullanımı ve Erişim

4.1 Abonelik Süresi Boyunca Erişim

Satın aldığınız abonelik paketini, satın alma tarihinden itibaren abonelik süreniz dolana kadar kullanmaya devam edebilirsiniz:

Aylık Abonelik: Satın alma tarihinden itibaren 30 gün boyunca plan özelliklerine erişim
Yıllık Abonelik: Satın alma tarihinden itibaren 365 gün boyunca plan özelliklerine erişim
Günlük Limitler: Abonelik süreniz boyunca günlük soru limitleriniz planınıza göre belirlenir
Özellikler: Tüm premium özelliklere abonelik süreniz boyunca erişebilirsiniz

4.2 Abonelik Sonrası

Abonelik süreniz dolduğunda:

Hesabınız otomatik olarak Free plana düşer
Free plan limitleri geçerli olur
Premium özelliklere erişiminiz sona erer
İstediğiniz zaman yeni bir abonelik satın alabilirsiniz

6. Yasal Haklar

Bu şartlar, 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve ilgili mevzuat hükümlerine tabidir. Tüketici hakları saklıdır.

Anlaşmazlık durumunda, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasaları geçerlidir ve İstanbul Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

SolX AI is a digital subscription service platform. Subscription services are activated instantly after payment confirmation, and no physical product delivery is made.

1. Service Delivery

1.1 Digital Service Delivery

SolX AI is a digital artificial intelligence assistant service. After the subscription process is completed:

The service is activated instantly after payment confirmation
Automatic access is provided to your user account
No physical product delivery is made
Confirmation and access information is sent via email
You can check your subscription status from account settings

1.2 Delivery Time

Since this is a digital service, delivery occurs instantly. The service becomes active within a maximum of 5 minutes after payment confirmation. You can start using the platform immediately after the payment process is completed.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund Policy

No refunds are provided for SolX AI subscription services.

You can continue to use the subscription package you purchased from the purchase date until your subscription period expires. For example:

If you purchased a monthly subscription, you can use the service for 30 days from the purchase date
If you purchased an annual subscription, you can use the service for 365 days from the purchase date
You have full access to all plan features during your subscription period

2.1 Right of Withdrawal

According to the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised when digital content is delivered instantly and the consumer has given explicit consent.

Since SolX AI service is a digital service delivered instantly after the payment process is completed and this situation is clearly stated during purchase, no refunds are provided.

2.2 Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation:

Stops Automatic Renewal: When cancellation is made, you can continue to use the service until the end of your current subscription period. However, automatic renewal for the next period is stopped.
Does Not Apply to Current Period: Cancellation does not affect your pre-paid current subscription period. You can continue to use the service during the period you purchased.
How to Cancel: You can cancel automatic renewal by going to the "Subscription Management" section from your account settings.

Important Note

When you cancel your subscription, you continue to have access to all features until the end of your current subscription period. When your subscription period expires, your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan and free plan limits apply.

2.3 Special Circumstances

Special evaluation may be made in the following situations:

Technical Issues: If the service cannot be used due to continuous and serious technical problems, the situation is evaluated and solutions are provided. In this case, your subscription period may be extended or alternative solutions may be offered.
Service Interruptions: In case of unplanned and long-term service interruptions, your subscription period is automatically extended by the affected duration.
Account Security Issues: If your account is closed due to a security breach, the situation is evaluated and necessary actions are taken.

3. Automatic Renewal

3.1 Renewal Process

Your subscriptions are automatically renewed before your subscription period ends. Automatic renewal:

Occurs before your subscription period ends
Charges are made from your registered payment method
You are notified via email
You can cancel at any time

3.2 Canceling Automatic Renewal

To cancel automatic renewal:

Go to the "Subscription Management" section from account settings
Select "Cancel Automatic Renewal"
You can continue to use the service until the end of your current subscription period
At the end of the period, the subscription automatically ends and you switch to the Free plan

Reminder

When you cancel automatic renewal, you continue to have access to all features until the end of your current subscription period. Cancellation only applies to future periods.

4. Service Usage and Access

4.1 Access During Subscription Period

You can continue to use the subscription package you purchased from the purchase date until your subscription period expires:

Monthly Subscription: Access to plan features for 30 days from the purchase date
Annual Subscription: Access to plan features for 365 days from the purchase date
Daily Limits: Your daily question limits are determined according to your plan during your subscription period
Features: You can access all premium features during your subscription period

4.2 After Subscription

When your subscription period expires:

Your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan
Free plan limits apply
Your access to premium features ends
You can purchase a new subscription at any time

6. Legal Rights

These terms are subject to Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and related regulations. Consumer rights are reserved.

In case of disputes, the laws of the Republic of Turkey apply and Istanbul Courts are authorized.
