SolX AI – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the SolX AI Service ("Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Purpose of the Service

The SolX AI platform is licensed exclusively for:

• Study assistance and topic explanation
• Accessibility support for individuals with disabilities
• Homework review and general academic practice
• Non-professional analytical and informational use

The Service is not designed or intended for use during examinations, assessments, or any monitored evaluation environment.

SolX AI is an educational tool, not an examination or proctoring bypass system.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any of the following purposes:

3.1 Academic Misconduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using SolX AI during any supervised or unsupervised exam
• Attempting to gain unfair academic advantage
• Bypassing or attempting to bypass proctoring systems
• Assisting another person during an exam or assessment
• Violating institutional academic integrity policies

All consequences arising from such actions rest entirely with the user.

3.2 Illegal or Fraudulent Activities

The Service may not be used for:

• Fraud, impersonation, or identity misuse
• Creation or distribution of misleading or falsified content
• Any activity violating local, national, or international law

3.3 Unauthorized Technical Actions

You may not:

• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or decompile the Service
• Access any servers, databases, or APIs without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt Service functionality
• Conduct security, load, or penetration testing without explicit written consent

4. License Restrictions

SolX AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal educational use only.

This license explicitly prohibits:

• Use during real-time exams or assessments
• Use in professional, commercial, or institutional environments
• Use for automated decision-making or high-stakes applications
• Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or derivative creation

The Service is not an exam-answering tool and must not be used as such.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.

SolX AI:

• Does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability of outputs
• Does not provide academic, legal, medical, financial, or professional advice
• Does not guarantee performance, uptime, or compatibility

You use the Service at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• SolX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use or misuse of the Service.
• SolX assumes no responsibility for academic penalties, disciplinary actions, institutional sanctions, exam invalidations, or legal consequences resulting from prohibited use.
• The total cumulative liability of SolX shall not exceed 1000 TRY, regardless of the cause or nature of the claim.

7. Monitoring and Abuse Prevention

SolX AI may, at its discretion, collect anonymized usage data for the following purposes:

• Detecting abnormal or high-risk usage patterns
• Identifying potential academic misconduct attempts
• Ensuring system security and platform integrity
• Preventing abuse of the Service

SolX may suspend or terminate accounts displaying suspicious or prohibited activity.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

SolX reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user account without notice if:

• Prohibited use is detected or suspected
• Abnormal activity patterns indicate potential misuse
• The user violates these Terms
• The account poses a security or operational risk

Users are not entitled to refunds or compensation upon termination.

9. Data Processing and Privacy

By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of anonymized technical and usage data for improvement, diagnostics, abuse detection, and security purposes.

SolX does not sell personal data to third parties.

10. No Professional or Exam-Related Guarantees

The Service:

• Does not guarantee academic results
• Does not replace study, preparation, or instruction
• Must not be relied upon for examination performance

SolX does not endorse or support exam-time usage under any circumstances.

SolX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature without notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SolX regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.

14. User Confirmation
